New Investor in Maryland (Looking for General Contractor PG)

Hi BP!!!

I'm originally from Massachusetts, but have moved down to Maryland for work, and been here over 10yrs.  I recently discovered PB through different podcasts and google searches that kept directing me to articles and/or posts from this site.  There is a ton of great information here, and I find myself checking the site out several times a day.  

BP has motivated me to start looking for more investment properties (I currently have one). In doing so, I realized to get a purchase and rehab loan, I need to find a general contractor that is licensed and bonded in MD. All the recommendations I got so far from friends and co-workers have been for people that are licensed in VA and DC.
