I am new to REI. I've decided the safest way to get started is wholesaling. I've found multiple properties that I'm interested in and have done my research on the auditors website. I have phone numbers for the property owners and would like to call to inquire but I'm nervous! Do any of you contact owners by phone or is direct mailing a better option? If by phone, what do you say??
