Easing in from Springdale, Arkansas

I have lurked and learned for the last couple of years, but, I'm finally ready to jump into the pool! But, not without my floaties! I would love to find a mentor in the NWA that would be willing to hold my hand (I can't believe I just typed that, I'm 40, I'm a man!) on the first couple of deals. I would like to start off with a few wholesale deals leading to buy and hold for cash flow. I look forward to getting to know some like-minded folks and helping to make each other successful!
