Hi. My name's Josh.

Currently I live outside of Philly in the booming borough of Conshohocken. I have no experience in real estate investment, however my fiance and I are planning on buying our first house soon. We'd both like this home to become our first rental property, but are looking for a home first and foremost. Our next property(s) acquisition(s)...who knows?

I work for the Federal Gov't in downtown Philly and enjoy that a great deal. However, I don't want to work forever and would like to enjoy as much of my life as possible to the greatest extent possible. It's my hope to eventually acquire multiple properties that can support this goal. I've already found a great deal of useful info on this page and hope that it results in continual learning and networking opportunities.

Thanks. Josh.
