Hi All,

We are HighMark Ventures, LLC new to BiggerPockets. Our real names are Mike and Theresa Fresh, however! We reside in Blackfoot, Idaho....(southeast of Boise about 4 hours.)

We are private lenders and private investors.  We have flipped homes in the past and buy and hold properties if they are right for our portfolio.  So we dabble in real estate in that way, but our primary focus is performing as Private Lenders.

Good to stumble on this website, as networking is a big win-win in this biz!
