A friend told me that if I was going to be serious about investing in real estate I had to be on Bigger Pockets.  I'm new to BP as of today and I'm very excited about getting my hands dirty in real estate investment.  I feel kind of like a blank slate, so any direction toward what I should read first is both welcome and greatly appreciated.
