We are new to BP and am excited about what is in front of us.  We are White Pickett Fence and mainly rehab a sell, fix and flip in Memphis TN area. We are starting to try our hand at buy and hold.  We are also shopping for weekly rentals in Panama City Beach FL. area and Orlando FL.
