Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself to the community.

 My name is Brandon I live in Wallingford ,CT.  I guess I have kind of been investing since I bought my first property when I was 21. I just never kept going with it I would buy a house fix it up then sell it a year or two later then rent again .  Well I finally got smart five years ago and  bought a duplex lived in one half with my wife and rented out the other half. We now have bought another house since our family has expanded, but this time I kept the duplex and I have been successfully and enjoyably managing it.

I am now looking to become a full-time investor within the next two years replacing my income from a combination of fix/flips and buy and holds.  I am actively looking right now for properties and have a couple offers out there on properties as I write this post.

I am very excited to have found this community and look forward to making connections.
