New Investor from South Eastern Pennsylvania

Hey guys... My name is Ben and I'm from West Chester Pennsylvania.

I'm currently renting and looking at buying my first property this year. I'm interested in purchasing a duplex - quadplex that I can cash flow while saving up for my next property.

I'd like to find a knowledgeable local realtor who is familiar with investment properties who can help. I'm looking to purchase within 30 minutes of Exton PA, but not opposed to Philadelphia or other areas if the deal is fantastic.

I'm also in P&C insurance full time so I'm looking to network with realtors and mortgage brokers for future referrals.

Long term, I want to own 10 rental properties within the next 7 years.

Look forward to meeting the local BP'ers.
