Hi Everyone!

Hi Everyone I am new to BP and looking for some suggestions on how and where to get started. I am interested in flipping as a starter then buying and holding for more long term. I currently live in NY and properties here are so expensive so I don't know if I can find any success in this market but I am looking in Georgia and a few other cities in the midwest. If I could get some pointers I would really appreciate it. Currently I am a licensed RE broker but I think I could have much more financial freedom as an investor. I love Real Estate!
