Hi guys!

My name is Chris and I live and work in Central Jersey.  I signed up for an account on biggerpockets about this time last year but unfortunately I lost touch due to life getting in the way.  I'm back and hoping to make my first deal sometime in late 2015/early 2016!  I'm hoping to hear from members on how they first started their real estate ventures and any experiences relating to their first deal that they would like to share (good/bad).  Looking forward to hearing from you!  Advice is always welcome :)
