Hello to all !. I am Beatriz Penate. I am Executive Director at Bejuca Investment, Llc, a Real Estate Investment company located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  I am glad to be part of this forum. I am passionate learning about this very interesting environment as Real Estate is. We have been in this business since 2009. We are dedicated to invest in residential properties, complimenting our core of business with property management and renovations as well. We have been focusing on single family properties, currently moving  to a multifamily concept.
