Hello everyone!

I am originally from Cleveland, OH. Came to FL after 6 years in the service. THANK YOU VETERANS of the community. My family and I appreciate your service. I am a mom of 3 and married to a wonderful man who is a police officer in Daytona. THANK YOU OFFICERS, FIREFIGHTERS, FIRST RESPONDERS, and TEACHERS! Your service is needed and also very much appreciated. Sooo I lost my job in September and over the years have heard soooo many tiems that real estate is lucrative and has a flexible schedule. As God, who I am a HUGE fan of, would have it I kept coming across people who had much to share with me about it. I finally listened and went to a couple investing seminars and was astounded at how simple real estate can be if you are willing to work and have a little to invest with. Well that is what brought me to BiggerPockets; a search for private lenders. I think I have a good grasp on what to go after its just financing the go that I has slowed me up. And I am starting to find it a little overwhelming to try to squeeze in all the things I find I need and want to do finding properties and making calls in between the full time hassles of motherhood. So if anyone has any advise on how to manage that and establish a productive and successful real estate business, I am ready to take notes!
