Hello, I am young professional from Dayton, OH that moved to Nashville in 2012 for school. I am entering the last leg of my undergrad experience and I have been thinking of Real Estate as a career for a few months, from Investing to becoming a Broker Affiliate. 

Recently I have decided to get the ball rolling and create momentum for this new area of business! Wholesale properties are to be my main source of income until a large enough capital base can be established to switch to Buy and Hold Investments. 

Soon to fresh out of college, I am so excited to see where this new road will lead with a mentor/partner and a large network of investors willing to share ideas, experiences and opportunities.
