Hello,

I'm brand new to RE and looking to learn as much as I can to get on my way to FREEDOM!  So far I've been reading lots of posts as well as the ebook for beginners and watching some webinars. I appreciate all of the knowledge and insight from the many members. I would love to connect with anyone in the ATL metro area to talk business.

My ultimate goal is to own rentals for passive income but I would like to start with fix and flips to build capital. Right now I work with a small brokerage in Marietta that manages about 250 properties in mostly Cobb and N. Fulton counties. I'm looking forward to learning and sharing with the BP community.
