Hello BP community. I recently created a profile and have enjoyed listening to the podcasts and look forward to reading, listening, and participating in the wealth of knowledge this community has to offer. I have owned real estate for over 10 years but have been investing aggressively for around 3 years. I split my time between Tucson and Arizona, but invest primarily in Seattle Washington.
