Hi BP!

I'm Daniel Peña from Miami, Florida! I got into REI once my wife and I looked into buying our first home. I'm looking to own my first property before I turn 21, (10 months until I'm legal!), and I'm interested in buy and hold properties as well as flipping opportunities. By the time I'm 30 I hope to have enough passive income to be able to spend most of my time with my wife and the four kids she wants to have.

I've been reading through forums and decided to finally commit to REI, starting with my introduction post on BP.
