Glad to have found this site and the podcast. I've been circling the field of real estate investing for years. Now that I have retired, I am jumping in with all I've got. I am currently connected with a local real estate broker and locating properties to flip. I come from a music ministry and music business background and I'm also a health and fitness coach.
