Hello! My name is Bill and I have started a new real estate flipping business in Northeast PA. While I've never invested in real estate before, I do have the background from past experiences to make it work. I look forward to getting my feet wet, but I've found the biggest hurdle is finding private investors or HMLs that will fund in this area.
