Looking to find some people to network with in the Austin, San Antonio area!!  We are heading that way in a few weeks and would love to set up some meetings with investors/realtors "in the know" in Texas!!  Anyone out there from Texas??

Always happy to help but the Austin market is super tight and nothing cash flows.  Flipping and wholesaling is the way to go for now.
