Hello All,  My name is Tony Rusnak from Frankfort, Il. (SW suburb of Chicago.) I've been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Illinois since 1983.  I want to retire within 10 years. Unfortunately, I'm nowhere near ready financially.  My ultimate goal is to live my retirement through rental income and leave a legacy for my children.  Initially, I'm looking to build capital through wholesaling, and flipping.  I'm excited to have found BiggerPockets.
