Hello all! My name is Dave I have read books listened to CD"s made a few calls to inquire on properties. Looking for my first no-money down deal I know this is gonna be hard but i have to do it. Just looking for some good advice from u-all on how to start. I have been reading some of your stories here and taking notes :D good stuff! keep it up.
