Hello to All,

My name is Deepak, currently residing in Silicon Valley, San Jose, CA to be more exact. I am extremely new to the site, (like new car smell, new, man who doesn't love that aroma, right?) I currently own half a property in Oregon, with a partner. I just decided though, that now it was time to venture out on my own, and really grow my passive income. I feel very lucky to have stumbled on to this site and forum, that has such a wealth of information available. I really can't wait to get the chance to chat with some of you here.
