New Member form Northwest Indiana
Hi, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Trent Grider and I am from Northwest Indiana. I am currently a teacher of 28 years. I am nearing retirement. Looking to up my income for my retirement years. Timeline for retiring from education is 6-8 years. I am new to real estate, other than buying two homes(own one) to live with my family of six. I am interested in flipping houses and rentals. My knowledge of the real estate business is not vast. I have a mathematics and physical education degrees. I have been on BP for quite some time. Just looking for advice.
