Hey guys,

Pretty new to real estate investing. Jumped in a few years ago and tried my hand at Wholesaling, made a couple decent deals, but ultimately decided to invest my time furthering my career in IT. Fast forward 5 years, and I'm ready to try again. I'm essentially starting from scratch, trying to educate myself, and find the right path to start down. Looking forward to growing and learning with you guys, and I hope to become an asset to the community!
