New to BP from DC area, looking to invest in Baltimore

Hello BP!

I am a DC area professional (non-real estate) who is planning on building a portfolio of rental properties in Baltimore City.  I've been following this forum for a few weeks now, and it's been a great source of information for someone starting out.  Now I'm looking to get more out of the forum by participating in the discussions, making connections, and hopefully meeting some BP folks in person (I'm hoping to make the BWI meetup next Wednesday).
