Hi everyone. I am happy to have found what appears to be a great resource. Being a real estate agent, I have worked with investors finding homes for flipping as well as holding for rent, but I haven't had the opportunity to invest myself.

When I began taking classes to obtain my license I really didn't know we were on the verge of the crazy run up in real estate values. Once I become licensed all of my colleagues were closing deals like crazy and I was mostly on the side lines because like any newbie, I had no idea what I was doing.

Because I had just started in the hay day, I missed out on the easy times. Even in these slow times, this year is shaping up to be the best year yet as far as income goes.

I have always wanted to invest in real estate myself, but I haven't had the means to do so. Hopefully this year will be the year I can take the plunge.
