Hey all,

My wife and I have been following BP for several months and we're starting to get the gumption to get into real estate.  Still researching and learning a lot, but looking to start networking with people.  We are looking at the the long term hold option.

One of the thoughts we had was to utilize the VA loan to move from our current house, which we would then rent. Anyone have thoughts on this?

Look forward to learning from everyone!
