I'm here to learn learn learn.... However, I am looking at a 4plex tomorrow and I don't even know what I'm doing, but like the saying goes "fake it till you make it". I'm sure I'll learn something looking at this property. If you are in my area and would like to partner up please please let me know. I'm upgrading to Pro tonight and reading the BP book so no sleep tonight. Like Ellon Musk says "if you work 40hrs/week and I work 100hrs/week the math to succeess is simple". Brandon Turner I can definitely use your advice on this one.
