Hi BP!

I've been registered on the site for a while now, and I pop in from time to time. I've been reading stacks of books on real estate and other investments, as well as listening to podcasts.

I'm purchasing my first home, and, I've decided to buy a duplex as a first step into the game. My plan, for the immediate future, is to move into one side, and rent the other, and then work to accumulate more Buy and Holds.

What advice would you give me? 

If you could start over from scratch, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?
