Mortgage after foreclosure
Okay, I know that after foreclosure, I can eventually get a new mortgage. I also know many here have had foreclosures. The question is of you that have had these foreclosures, how long did it take before you were able to qualify for new mortgages and was there extra hoops you had to jump through?
Also I would ask the lenders here on BP, have you been able to get loans for customers/clients who had foreclosures from the crash? How many years after a foreclosure can someone get a loan? Is there anything I would have to do for investots' loan(s).
