Hi,

I wanted to say thank you to everyone in the BP community for the vast amounts of information and experience posted. I almost dropped thousands on a "guru" until i stumbled upon this site which taught me the same things, if not more. I have been looking into real estate investing for the past few months and have decided to really dive in and pursue it. I am looking to connect with some other REI folks in the area and exchange some ideas and discuss some properties I am looking into to. Thanks and God bless!
