Hello from Chicago suburbs

Hello:

My name is April and I'm new to BP.

I've joined for a few reasons. First, I'm seeking investors to fund fix & flips in the Chicago suburbs, primarily cities with opportunities surrounding the Naperville area.  Second, I'm a believer that you can never learn enough.  I look forward to sucking in as much information as humanly possible.  Third, I look forward to finding useful face-to-face networking groups in my area. 

I've been a DIYer and renovator since I was old enough to hold a hammer.  I also have my bachelor's degree in interior design.  I can give any place a quality design look on a beer budget. I want to buy low, invest enough, and sell high.  I love numbers and know RE has incredible opportunity, but only if approached wisely and not without hard work (and a sense of humor). I've been obsessed with fix and flips for many years but unable to fund them alone, so I have yet to tackle one.  This is my year. I look forward to meeting some new business partners and making money.
