Newbie from Bethany Beach, Delaware!

Hi Guys,

I am a Realtor from coastal Delaware and my friend Tim Butters introduced me to BP. It's really awesome to find so much enthusiasm about real estate in one place. I started out in sales about a year ago, and I absolutely love it. It is a constant challenge with so much to learn, and as a result, it keeps me excited to go to work each day.

Living and working in a beach town makes our real estate market a little different, with the majority of our clients buying second homes or rental investment properties. It's nice to be able to make money on weekly summer rentals yet still block off time for yourself to enjoy your beach house.

I am excited to be a part of the BP community and learn more from the investor side, as the majority of you are working with very different types of investment properties than I see at the beach.
