Newbie from Brooklyn NY Seeking Mentors

Hello my name is Elmer Mata,

I am a young ambitious 21 year old that for the longest time have been researching

real estate investment opportunities but never knew how to break into the field.

I have been rolling around trying to get serious for a month now and all I'm getting

are all these people selling education packages and these crazy fees and a lot of them

just look way too alike to pyramid schemes I have bumped into.

I might as well go to NYU pay my 2,000 and get it done and over with.

I want to learn from real people that have real life experience I can learn from.

I work a part time 25 hours a week 8.75 an hour. I can barely make ends meet.

I am looking for the best route to get into this without ending up homeless.

I would love any information that could set me on the right direction.

Books I can read, or maybe even BBB accredited places I can go learn from.

Thank you for taking the time to read.
