Hello, my name is Zack Budde (pronounced like buddy) and I am very excited to have stumbled upon the BP podcast a few weeks ago. I really value the opportunity to learn from other investors' past experiences. My first mentor in business to told me to always take note and replicate the practices of successful people. The beautiful part of BP is the blueprint to being a successful investor is placed in front of you so, all that's left to do is execute.

I come from a sales and marketing background but, feel very lucky to have gotten an opportunity as the right-hand man to the CEO of a real estate development company based out of Oakland. I always thought the only way to break into the industry would be to sign up as a salesperson at a local brokerage and go from there. I'm happy to say I was totally wrong and completely surprised by all of the different avenues to pursue. I'm looking forward to becoming a contributing member of the BP community. Cheers!
