I don't really feel like a new member...
...because I've been reading BP blog/forum posts and listening to the podcast for several months now.
[What this means to you is that you can save some time and not leave me a reply to tell me about BPs resources link or how to @ someone :) Although I do look forward to a reply from Brandon Turner because it seems like he has keyword alerts for Washington state :) ]
I am new to real estate investing, and I guess you could say right now I'm in the famous "education phase."
I live in Richland, Washington (Tri-Cities, Washington).
I have a full-time job and a full-time family, so I feel fairly busy. However, I'm interested in real estate because I need a retirement plan.
I have not yet settled in on any one particular real estate strategy, but I am definitely interested in long term buy-and-hold for cash flow purposes.
Looking forward to getting to know people in the industry, finding some good partnerships, looking for some deals, and gaining some great experience!
Brad
