My name is Joe Rinaldi.  I am 24 years old and just bought my first house with the intent to use it as a live-in-flip and use that to jump into the world of investing.  I am one of those guys that wants to do all the work to the house myself but I am by no means afraid of any tips that all you pro's out there might have.  Bring it on!
