Hello

My Name is Derrell Hall. I'm a newbie investor based in the Richmond, VA area just moved here from NYC. And i am EXCITED to be here at bigger pockets. A long time lurker I finally started a account. Closed on my first house in January 2015 to fix & flip. Going to keep that momentum going and looking forward to learn from the experience that is collected here in these forums.
