New to bigger pockets and real estate in general. Looking for guidance on starting out in the field and following in the footsteps of the "know who's" of the trade. The ultimate plan is to start a project management business in the next five years. In Colorado I have to have a broker employers license before I can do that so I'm set back a minimum of 2-3 years from the word go. I would appreciate any tips you can give. And to give you some insight of where I am so far, I've signed up for the pre-licensing coursework and am currently studying to get the license. How do I go about reaching out to local rei groups?
