Hello Team,

My name is Stephen Roy and i am 25 years French Canadian old from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I've bought my first house at a very low low low price when i was 22 years old with any knowledge or understanding of the Market I have borrowed money to invest in the property and would score a BIG profit with the market value of the house arround that area Perkins, Quebec, Canada. But i have borrowed the money from some people that i shouldn't. I lost the property and everything that was related to it making a big 0$ on it.

Since, i have never invested any of my time in real estate scared of been screwed over!!

Anyways I'm glad to have found this site so i can get to work the PASSION that i have for real estate! Presently doing a courses to be a Mortgage broker, not to become one but to have all the knowledge possible about this subject!!
