Hi all,

Newbie from NY/NJ area ... getting my first footsteps into the real estate world.

I am currently working full time at corporate law firm (immigration practice team) and a full time mom.

I always had my desire in real estate and wanted to establish my business, so i decided to invest myself in getting some RE education. I am pursuing in getting licensed as a NY RE agent, and taking RD courses simultaneously.

I was introduced into BP site from a friend, who was deeply concerned about me chunking so much money in these investment courses. By what i know now from BP, perhaps it wasnt the best choice to empty my wallet but will try to make the most out of it for all education i can get for my success.

I would want to work locally in New York and New Jersey area with investors first, then make my way up to go internationally (with South Korea  or any asian countries) so that i can assist international investors to EB5 program with my knowledge so that they can legally immigrate in the states.

Wish me luck~ ;)
