Hello all!

I'm Tony Whitt from Dayton, Ohio. I don't have any real experience in real estate yet, but I've been interested in it for a long time. Finding BP was the catalyst that pushed me into making up my mind to jump in (for a good deal).

I'm a financial controller for a small healthcare information company. And while I love what I do, I've always envisioned owning my own company. My dream goal is to replace my current level of job income with rental income. I'm amazed at how much information is here to learn from. I'm ready to begin a new journey.
