Newbie from MD looking to get info on Knoxville TN

Greeting,

Hope everyone is enjoying their day. I happened upon BiggerPockets two days ago and like what I see so far. I'm currently looking at 10 -20 apartment buildings North/South Knowville TN. I'm unfamiliar with the area and need to get some feedback to assist with my decision to buy or not. Currently I have several listings that have been sent to me by a local Realtor and need to start my research. Currently I'm waiting on income statements for the property so I can run the #s first. If you can assist me pls drop me a line. I'm looking for the following either info. or resources.

Information about the areas(rental market / economy / type of environment)
A good management company - I plan on hiring one
An inspector

And anything else that might help. I'm in Waldorf MD where apartments are not previlent and I don't like what I see in DC at the moment. I'm always open tho if you know of something in the MD/DC/VA area. Thx
