I have reading much about Robert Kiyosaki's books and I have been wanting to start wholesaling. I am 80% ready however, I have a few questions I have been trying to find the answers for. I hope you guys can help me out.

1. What do I do if they still owe money on the house?

2. Do I take out taxes when i complete a deal?

3. What are the keywords I need in a contract?

4. Can I complete a wholesale foreclosure? If so, is the process the same?
