New Member in Connecticut!

Hello BP members! 

OK so I admit it, I've been a member for 3 weeks but I purposely kept my self in the shadows because I wasn't sure how legit this site is. I've listened to 4 or 5 web casts and checked out some forums and I am impressed with your contents and your connectivity. What can I say, I'm old school and cautious. 

Having said that name is Dwight Ketelhut and I'm excited to be apart of BP and have encouraged my son in Florida as well to join. I hope to build a business up here that he will join and maybe some investments in Florida as well. 

I'm looking to join others in South East Connecticut that are interested flips or holds. Just starting to put a team together. I did my first flip when I was 19 (with dads help) and loved real estate ever since. I bring lots of experience to the table  (built 80 homes in 3 years in my 20's) that needs to be reignited and I think BP can help.
