Newbie from Huntsville

I've being reading the boards, blogs and listening to the pod casts.  Figured it was time to introduce my self and hopefully add some value to the forums.  My name is Brian and I've been living in Huntsville AL for the past 20 years.  I have a back ground in IT and home remodeling.  Remodeling is much more fun then computers :)  As a newbie, I still haven't decided on a niche yet but I'm leaning towards fix and flip RE.  I've been wanting to flip a house for 10 years but didn't know how to get started.  It's not about the money for me, it's about following a dream and doing something I love.  I'm so glad I've found BP to point me in the right direction.   I have a long way to go and a lot to learn so I'm sure I will be asking a TON of questions.
