Newbie from Houston - Hello BP!

I've been lurking the site for some time now, so it comes time to introduce myself and no longer be a stranger. I was always interested in real estate but never pursued it. I found BP about two years ago and browsed for a short time until recently coming back as I am more interested and finally ready to step up to the plate!

Hello, I'm Ernest and I want to begin with my first home purchase as a "house hacking" duplex/tri/four. I plan on using a FHA. Hopefully this is only the beginning to a nice journey ahead!
