New to REI and BP from Las Vegas

Hello everyone,

Popping in to say hello from Las Vegas. New to REI and BP. This site is really awesome and there is so much to learn. Looking to soak in as much info as possible about investing and hope to connect with investors both new and experienced to network, learn, and grow.

I am interested in wholesaling and eventually taking on my own rehab projects on a full time basis. My experience is in construction and construction management so flipping or rehabbing seems like a natural fit for me. My fiance and I currently run a handyman business and primarily work with property managers and real estate companies. 

Any advice on getting started in wholesaling or REI in general is very much appreciated.
