Hello, everyone from the BP community.  My name is Josh Gordon and I am from Superior, WI.   I am a 22 year old who is currently working as an Apprentice Plumber/Pipefitter for the UA Local 11 in Duluth, MN.  I have been in the market for buying my own house for the first time, and have always considered real estate as a potential income option.  I would love to try a few different real estate strategies such as a Live-in-flip.  Or potentially purchasing a multifamily unit and living in that and getting a landlord experience.  As of now I have the most motivation for a live-in-flip. I would love to hear from anyone and everyone on their opinions and what suggestions they would have.  Thanks All, and I hope I hear from you soon!
